Turkey meat is considered dietary. There is practically no fat in it, but there are a lot of nutrients. Try to cook a juicy turkey kebab on the grill and you will no longer want to buy pork for this purpose.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 2 kg
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Salt (with slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey fillet into small cubes and put it in a bowl.
Rub the coriander, black and allspice in a mortar.
Pour the fragrant spices into a bowl with meat, add salt, garlic passed through the press, mayonnaise and mustard.
Mix, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Put the meat on skewers and fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
