Funchosa is very easy to digest, so it is usually just poured with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Noodles should be transparent. Hence its second name - "glass". I'm telling you a recipe for a great salad with funchosa.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Squid (boiled) – 1 carcass
- Octopus (pickled) – 100 g
- Mussels (pickled) – 150 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cayenne pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 art.l.
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Chop squid and octopus.
Cut carrots, peeled Bulgarian and cayenne peppers into thin strips.
Mix the funchosa, vegetables and seafood.
Separately mix the oil, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
You can add sesame seeds, roasted peanuts or greens to the finished salad.
