Are you interested in exotic dishes? Then you should definitely try this wonderful salad. The role of the main ingredient in it belongs to funchose. It is not necessary to cook noodles. It is enough to pour boiling water on it for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Soy meat - 100 g
- Wood mushrooms (fried) – 50 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lime juice - 2 art.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (cleaned) – 3,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water, add soy meat and boil for 15 minutes.
Put the meat in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and lightly brown.
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and rinse under running water.
Chop soy meat and wood mushrooms.
Grate cucumbers and carrots on a special grater.
Mix the funchosa, carrots, mushrooms, meat and cucumbers.
Separately mix soy and Worcestershire sauces, sesame oil, lime juice, ground ginger and salt.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
