I want to share with you an interesting salad recipe. It is prepared from pickled zucchini and shrimp. It can be served with boiled potatoes, pasta, meat, fish or simply as an independent snack.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled) – 300 g
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Lemon - half
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel off the shells.
Cut half a lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice from one part, cut the other for decoration.
Grate the zucchini on a special grater and put it in a deep bowl.
Add sugar, salt, butter, lemon juice, ground ginger and pepper.
Squeeze garlic through a press, mix and cover for half an hour.
Mix the shrimp with the pickled zucchini, garnish with lemon and serve the salad on the table.
