Another variant of the popular salad "Wreath". This time it is prepared with chicken liver. To make the inner circle more expressive, place the glass in the middle of the plate and sprinkle with spices. This technique will make the dish even more spectacular.
Ingredients
- Chicken liver - 350 g
- Salad mix - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver thoroughly, peel off the films and dry it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the liver until tender. Pepper and salt before turning off.
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters.
Put the salad mix on a plate, forming a wreath. Add a little pepper and salt.
Spread the liver and tomatoes evenly.
Additionally, the salad can be decorated with pomegranate seeds or citrus slices.
