It seems that hearty fried chicken and light spicy feta do not go too well together. But in fact, together with fresh vegetables, it turns out very tasty, and most importantly – a healthy salad.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 1 head
- Feta - 150 g
- Dill - 0.5 bundles
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into large pieces, roll in spices and fry until golden.
Arbitrarily chop the iceberg, cut the cherry into quarters, and pineapple into large pieces.
Add feta cubes and chopped dill. Sprinkle the salad with Provencal herbs.
Sprinkle it with olive oil and lemon juice.
