I suggest trying out a simple recipe for an original salad. Cooking it is very simple. The ingredients can be mixed or laid out in layers. The second option looks more spectacular, so I usually use it for a festive presentation.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (pickled) – 200 g
- Cheese - 250 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Onion - half
- Rice vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.
Add vinegar and stir.
Slice the cheese, cucumbers and seaweed.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Mix everything, add tomatoes, salt and season with vegetable oil.
The finished salad can be sprinkled with sesame seeds or chopped peanuts.
