A great dish for a holiday or an ordinary family meal. It is a success on the table, so you should cook a double portion at once. I advise you to fill it with lean or salad mayonnaise. It is impossible to store the salad for longer than 12 hours.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage - 250 g
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Carrots (juicy) – 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water and boil for 4 minutes.
Put the squid on a plate, cool and slice.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix squid, carrots, seaweed and garlic passed through the press.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
