Ingredients
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 2 pieces
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Arugula - 30 g
- Bow purple - half
- Crackers - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Sesame - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the bell pepper, purple onion.
Chop tomatoes and canned pineapple.
Tear the arugula with your hands into small pieces.
Mix arugula, tomatoes, bell pepper, purple onion, pineapples and sesame seeds.
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Add the crackers to the finished salad and serve immediately until they are soaked.
