Cocktail salad serving is good not only for receptions, but also for any home parties. Especially if you are planning some kind of leisure and do not want to occupy the space of a huge dining table. I share a simple and quick recipe with mushrooms and lettuce!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (pickled) – 200 g
  • Lettuce - 6 sheets
  • Greenery - 0.5 beam
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the onion, mushrooms, lettuce and herbs.

If desired, pour boiling water over the onion so that it does not taste so bitter.

Arrange everything in glasses, pepper and drizzle with oil.
