- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Funchosa - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Shiitake - 100 g
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the shiitake into thin strips and fry until soft.
Cut all the vegetables and chicken into the same thin strips.
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and cook according to the instructions.
Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and nuts, and season with soy sauce with sesame oil.
