Alternative to the popular Korean kimchi. Preparing a salad is faster and much easier. The cooking process can be divided into two stages: pickling cabbage and adding carrots. Literally 1 hour and a delicious dish is already on the table.
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 500 g
- Korean carrots - 300 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Adjika - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the white cabbage into small squares.
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, paprika, turmeric, salt and ground red pepper.
Pour the resulting solution over the cabbage, put the load on top and put it aside for 1 hour.
Add the adjika, Korean carrots, garlic passed through the press and mix again.
