Canned tuna is very often used in salads. And in this case, what is worse for Olivier? A kind of experiment gave an excellent result – a fundamentally new reading of the old classics. At least, it is worth attention.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Green peas - 130 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 130 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, eggs and carrots. Let cool and cut into cubes.
Slice cucumbers in the same way. Finely chop the onion and olives, and add the peas.
Mash the tuna with a fork into medium pieces.
Mix the olivier and season it with mayonnaise.
