- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lettuce - 100 g
- Shallots - 1 piece
- Sheep's cheese - 150 g
- Olives (without a bone) – handful

- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Basil (dried) – 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and basil.
Chop the cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves and peeled shallots.
Mix olives, sheep cheese, vegetables and salad leaves.
Add salt, ground pepper and dressing. Gently mix the salad with special tongs.
