Cheese cakes with couscous are primarily distinguished by their original texture. But the taste of cereals does not affect so much. In fact, it is the same semolina, only in a different processing and with larger grains. Try this recipe when you want to experiment.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Couscous - 0.5 glasses
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the couscous with boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Grind the cottage cheese with sugar and egg until smooth. Whisk with a blender.
Add the cooled couscous and sifted flour, mix.
Form cheesecakes, roll in flour and fry in a frying pan.
