Most often ice cream is prepared on the basis of cream. I suggest today to deviate a little from the classic recipe and cook ice cream from ryazhenka at home. I remind you that milk products should be delicious and fresh.
Ingredients
- Ryazhenka - 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 pieces
- White chocolate - 120 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the fermented baked milk with vanilla sugar and beat well.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
Divide the egg into white and yolk.
Mix the melted chocolate, sugar and yolk.
Separately whisk the protein with salt until fluffy.
Mix the whipped ryazhenka, the protein mass and the billet with the yolk.
Put it in a mold and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 3 hours, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator every 30 minutes and mix thoroughly.
