I love pistachio ice cream so much, and it's so hard to find a really delicious brand in the store. Once I got tired of doing these searches, and I decided to try to cook my favorite delicacy on my own. Everything turned out to be easier than it seems.
Ingredients
- Pistachios (peeled unsalted) – 200 g
- Cream (20%) – 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the pistachios in a coffee grinder to a flour state.
Beat the egg with sugar to a froth.
Continuing to whisk, pour in a glass of warmed cream.
Whisk the remaining cream separately into a thick foam.
Combine both masses, add pistachios and mix everything gently.
Pour the mass into a container and put it in the oven.
Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
