Such salads are not uncommon in our house. I often cook them for holidays and just like that. Every time I experiment with ingredients and add something new. The last time I cooked from baked beets. It turned out really delicious!
Ingredients
- Beetroot (baked) – 300 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 50 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Onion (medium) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Mayonnaise (salad) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the beetroot and grate it.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.
Chop the prunes and peeled onions.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Mix beets, nuts, prunes, onions and garlic passed through a press.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
