Hardly anyone can be surprised with Caesar salad. Except to cook it with red fish and homemade crackers. According to this recipe, the dish turns out delicious. I add a clove of garlic to the dressing, but if desired, it can be excluded.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 150 g
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Salad mix - 100 g
- White bread - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
For dressing:
- Quail eggs - 3 pieces
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Worcestershire sauce - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red fish and peeled eggs.
Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Cut the bread into small cubes and brown in a dry frying pan.
Mix mustard, lemon juice, fresh eggs, Worcestershire sauce and butter. Beat with a mixer for 1.5-2 minutes.
Add the garlic passed through the press and mix.
Mix fish, salad mix, eggs and crackers.
Add salt, pepper and mix.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
