Potato casserole with minced meat and pickled cucumbers

Has it occurred to you to add pickled cucumbers to the potato casserole? If not, then it's time to try – you won't regret it! In addition, minced meat only benefits from this and becomes juicier.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Milk - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the potatoes and boil until half cooked. Add the butter.
Fry the onion until golden, add the minced meat with spices and fry until tender.
Add finely chopped pickled cucumbers and fry for another 5 minutes.
Mix with potatoes and put in a mold.
Whisk the egg, milk and sour cream, and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle it with grated cheese.
Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
