It is simply impossible to resist the juicy and fragrant filling of this roll. Pork goes well with any vegetables, but still not any of them are good for baking in meat. In this recipe I will tell you what you can add and how to prepare the ingredients.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots and tomatoes on a coarse grater, finely chop onion and pepper.
Fry onions and carrots until soft in oil, add pepper, and after a couple of minutes tomatoes.
Add garlic, chili or herbs if desired. Simmer everything together for a couple of minutes.
Spread the pork in one layer, sprinkle with spices and put the filling on the edge.
Wrap a tight roll and pull it with twine.
Bake the meat in the oven for about 2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
