Breadcrumbs are a familiar classic. But today I propose a more interesting option – cornflakes. Moreover, they are great for juicy and tender chicken cutlets. This time we'll bake them in the oven.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 150 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cornflakes - 0.5 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini and carrots, squeeze and mix with the minced meat.
Add garlic, spices, egg and some crushed flakes to a consistency.
Form cutlets, roll in crushed flakes and put on parchment.
Bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
