Everything found in your garden on the plot is perfect for this recipe. Small apples, like a white filling, a couple of handfuls of currants, a little strawberries. It remains only to add sugar – and now the compote is almost ready.
Ingredients
- Apples - 600 g
- Red currant - 300 g
- Strawberries - 300 g
- Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into pieces, rinse the berry and fill everything with water.
Bring the compote to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, stir, boil for another minute and remove the compote from the heat.
