Ingredients
- Watermelon (pulp) – 1 kg
- Mint - 2 twigs
- Honey (liquid) – 50 g
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the watermelon pulp from the seeds, cut it and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove the mint leaves from the twigs and put them in a blender bowl.
Add frozen watermelon, honey and lemon juice.
Grind until smooth, pour into glasses and serve.
