Broth from a whole chicken always turns out to be more rich than from a regular fillet. Of course, it is a little fatter, but it has more flavor and it is much more saturated. A great base for your soups, sauces and other dishes!
Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 piece
- Water - 4 l
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Leek - 1 stem
- Ginger - 4 cm
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Green onion - 4 pen
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ginger into slices and crush the garlic with a knife, without peeling.
Peel the carrots, cut the leeks into rings and cut off only the white part from the green onions.
Fill the pizza with water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about half an hour, removing the foam.
Add all the other ingredients and cook the broth for another 2-2.5 hours.
