Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the cabbage and lightly simmer over medium heat with a couple of tablespoons of water until soft.

Finely chop cucumbers, celery and herbs.

Mix all the vegetables, season to taste and pour kvass with mineral water.
