- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Champignons - 300 g
- Chicken broth - 1 l
- Cream (33%) – 200 g
- Fig - 200 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Wine (white) – 100 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the chicken fillet. Rinse it under cold water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into medium pieces and fry in a frying pan until golden brown and then set aside for a while.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into 4 pieces and send them to fry in a frying pan with butter. Season with salt and pepper. As soon as the water in the mushrooms begins to evaporate, add the cream and stir. When the cream thickens, add the chicken to the mushrooms, stir and set aside.
Put butter in a preheated frying pan, melt and pour out the rice. Stir well until the rice has absorbed the oil, and then add the wine. Once the wine has evaporated, pour in half of the broth, stir the rice. When the broth has evaporated by half, add the remainder and cook the rice over medium heat.
When all the liquid has evaporated, combine the rice with mushrooms and chicken in a creamy sauce, mix well. Add grated parmesan, salt, seasonings to taste, mix again and serve.
