Classic paella with chicken has long been a familiar dish on our table. By cooking spicy rice and tender chicken, you get the perfect combination of products and flavors.
Ingredients
- Fig - 250 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Green peas - 200 g
- Saffron - 1 h.l.
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Chicken broth - 700 ml
- Olive oil - 2 art.l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into medium pieces. Also make with Bulgarian pepper, onion and garlic.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in olive oil. Pour out the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown. Then add the chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
Add peas and bell pepper to the chicken. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour out the rice, mix well. Add salt and spices to taste, do not forget about saffron. Pour out the broth and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
Set the paella aside, cover and serve after 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs when serving.
