Arrange a festive dinner today and cook something unusual. For example, delicious pork ribs in Chinese. Soy sauce, honey and wine make them very juicy. Bake a double portion at once, because everyone will ask for an additive.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 80 ml
- Wine - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Ground Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 1,5 tsp.
- Sesame (for submission) – 1 tsp.
- Arugula (for submission) – half-pack
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the ribs, dry them with paper towels and clean them from the films.
In a small container, mix soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, sesame oil, honey and wine.
Pour the resulting marinade over the ribs, mix, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Put the ribs on a greased baking sheet, cover with foil and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
Put the arugula on the serving board, and then the ribs. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
