Amazing summer casserole in the season of young vegetables and just my favorite summer options with tomatoes and zucchini. Serve it with meat or separately – both solutions are equally good. And with pasta from durum wheat, it is also a healthy dish.
Ingredients
- Pasta - 350 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender. Mix them with butter, chopped garlic and herbs, and put them in a mold.
Place the sliced tomatoes and zucchini on top. Sprinkle with herbs, and grated cheese on top.
Cook the casserole for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
