If you like thick jelly jam, there are several ways to achieve this result. You can boil a berry for a long time – but it takes time, and besides, it is less useful. Or you can use a little trick and add a little gelatin.

Wash the cherries, cover with sugar and leave overnight. It is possible with or without bones.

Dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions.

Bring the cherries to a boil, pour in the gelatin and mix.

Boil for another 5 minutes and roll the jelly with cherries into sterile jars.
