Each meat is different in taste and fat content. In order not to choose for a long time, we will prepare cutlets from three types of meat at once: pork, turkey and beef. The dish turns out juicy, fragrant, moderately fatty and very appetizing.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.

Mix three types of minced meat, onion, eggs and garlic passed through the press.

Add salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Take a little minced meat with a spoon, form a cutlet in your hands and put it on a preheated frying pan with oil. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the minced meat.

Fry the cutlets over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
