My favorite way to prepare pepper for the winter is just to preserve it in jars. The plus is that there are no additional flavors here. So, then this pepper can be used literally as you like – in salads, appetizers, soups, main dishes.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1.5 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 65 ml
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 150 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper and spices to taste.
Put the randomly chopped pepper there and boil for 5 minutes.
Place the workpiece tightly in sterilized jars and roll it up for the winter.
