Ingredients
- Black Currant - 2 kg
- Orange - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel oranges and white films, disassemble into slices.
Put black currants and oranges through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Put the pan on low heat and bring to a boil.
Add citric acid, boil for 5-7 minutes and close in prepared jars.
