Yellow tomatoes are best suited for this recipe, and ideally cherry tomatoes. They are sweeter, with light fruity notes in the taste. And, oddly enough, it goes well with canned tuna and crispy greens.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 160 g
- Olives - 1 handful
- Yellow tomatoes - 150 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into thin feathers, and the tomatoes into circles.
Put the vegetables on the salad mix, add the olives and the tuna mashed with a fork.
Season the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
