Even the most capricious guests will admire this wonderful salad. An abundance of seafood, delicious vegetables and tender cheese combine in an incredible bouquet of flavors. In a transparent bowl, the salad will look even more beautiful!
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 200 g
- Red Caviar - 1 art.l.
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 8 pieces
- Crab sticks - 150 g
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 100 g
- Fig (boiled) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the red fish and crab sticks.
Grate cheese, peeled potatoes and carrots.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water. Set aside a couple of pieces for decoration, chop the rest.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: potatoes, red fish, eggs, crab sticks, shrimp, cheese and carrots. After each layer, add pepper, salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Put boiled rice on top, garnish with shrimp and red caviar.
