- Round rice - 200 g
- Tuna - 150 g
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the rice several times, pour in fresh water and boil for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, mix the hot rice with vinegar and sugar. Cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut the tuna into long cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, place a sheet of nori on top.
Lay out a layer of rice and lightly tamp.
Place the cream cheese and tuna fillet on the wide edge of the strip.
Use the mat to roll up a tight roll.
Cut into portions, put on a plate and serve.
