- Mayonnaise - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and cut into thick plates.
Pass the garlic through the press. Grate the cheese.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle oregano and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the fried vegetables and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper, roll up the roll.
Grate the cheese and mix with the yolks.
With the resulting mixture, lubricate the roll on top.
