Solyanka with mushrooms plays with completely new colors. This applies to both taste and aroma. The whole family will surely be delighted with such a first course. And if you want to go even further – use mushroom broth for such a hodgepodge. If you want to make it completely lean, serve it without sour cream.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 600 g
- Dried mushrooms - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil dry mushrooms in a small amount of water.
Fry the onion until transparent. Add the grated carrots and fry for another minute.
Add tomato and flour, pour in the broth from the mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Separately fry the chopped fresh and soaked dry mushrooms, and also send them to the hodgepodge.
Add grated cucumbers and herbs, more water or broth, and cook the hodgepodge for 10-15 minutes.
