When it already seems that it is impossible to diversify the hodgepodge even more, this recipe comes to the rescue. Sauerkraut – on the one hand, something very far from your favorite soup. On the other hand, it is a bright ingredient of Russian cuisine, which complements the same dishes well.
Ingredients
- Sauerkraut - 200 g
- Tomato paste - 30 g
- Smoked chicken - 150 g
- Sausages - 150 g
- Boiled sausage - 150 g
- Semi-smoked sausage - 150 g
- Chicken broth - 1.5 l
- Olives - 100 g
- Onion - 70 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender. Remove and finely chop, and strain the broth and boil.
Squeeze the cabbage from the brine, put it in a frying pan, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chopped onion and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the tomato and mix well.
Cut all the other ingredients into cubes and send everything to the boiling broth. Cook the hodgepodge for 10-15 minutes.
