Do you like spicy Indian-style dishes? Prepare a fragrant milk curry soup. It cooks quickly and simply, and when served, crackers are added to the plate. In addition to these spices, you can add cardamom, star anise, allspice and ground ginger.
Ingredients
For soup:
- Milk - 500 ml
- Water (boiled) – 1 glass
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
To serve:
- Mint - 1 twig
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Crackers - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Pour water and milk into a saucepan, add the roast, curry and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with red pepper and turn off the heat.
Before serving, add chopped onion, crackers and mint leaves to the plate.
