Kharcho can be cooked on different types of meat, including turkey. The main advantage of this recipe is that the dish turns out to be lighter and less caloric. And it's just a variety, if the classic version is already boring.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the turkey with water and boil until tender. Strain the broth, and separate the meat from the bones and chop.
Fry the chopped onion until golden.
