Salmon and cheese soup is good for everyone. It is quick and easy to cook, because the fish is very tender. And at the same time, it turns out to be very tasty and refined – a real delicacy. Garnish each serving with a slice of lemon and herbs when serving.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 400 g
- Processed cheese - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable broth (or water) – 1 l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into cubes and send them to boiling broth.
Chop the onion and carrot and fry in olive oil.
Send the roast to the half-cooked potatoes. Finely chop or grate the melted cheese there.
Slice the salmon and send it to the soup next. Add spices to taste and boil everything together for 3-5 minutes.
