- Greenery - 1 piece
- Boiled sausage - 300 g
- Kefir - 300 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mineral water - 1 l
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cut them smaller with the rest of the ingredients and herbs.
Mix everything with sour cream and mustard.
Fill the okroshka with kefir and mineral water.
