If there is no time to cook several dishes for lunch, cook an appetizing lagman. In one plate, the first and second are miraculously combined at once. Delicious noodles are filled with thick soup with meat and vegetables. I'm telling you my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (filtered) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the lamb, celery stalks and peeled vegetables.
Heat the oil in a deep cauldron, pour in the lamb and fry until golden brown.
Add onion and carrot, cumin, ground paprika and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers, tomatoes, celery and potatoes. Fry for 10 minutes.
Pour in hot water, cover with a lid and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Add salt to the finished soup, remove from the heat and insist for 10-15 minutes under the lid.
In a separate container, mix the sifted flour, salt and egg.
Gradually adding warm water, knead the plastic dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and slice the noodles.
Boil the noodles in salted water and put them in a colander.
Put some noodles in a deep bowl, add soup with meat and vegetables.
