Put the slow cooker in frying mode for 15 minutes.

Send grated carrots and chopped onions there. After 5 minutes, add finely chopped pork or other meat.

Continue frying without a lid, stirring.

After the end of the program, add chopped potatoes and washed sauerkraut. Fill it with water.

Turn on the soup cooking program for an hour.

5 minutes before the end, add chopped sorrel and herbs. Season as desired.
