In this recipe, I suggest using pickled champignons. Just one ingredient makes the taste of the usual okroshka completely new and unusual. Just don't add too many of them so they don't drown out the vegetables.
Ingredients
- Boiled sausage - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Radish - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Champignons (pickled) – 200 g
- Kvass - 1.5 l
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and eggs, and cut into small cubes.
In the same way, chop the remaining ingredients and chop the greens.
Mix and season the okroshka, and pour it with kvass.
