Soak the peas in advance for a couple of hours. Rinse it and the lentils.
Whisk the yolk with milk.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter in a slow cooker for about 7-10 minutes in the frying mode.
5 minutes before the end, add the flour to the onion and mix.
Set aside the onion and add the peas and lentils to the bowl, pour in the broth and water, add the carrots.
Cook all 40 minutes under the lid in the soup mode.
5 minutes before the end, add the milk with the yolk and season as desired.
Chop the finished soup with a blender.
