Classic old pickle is prepared on offal. Usually it was liver and kidneys, but you can use other giblets. The main thing to keep in mind is that when preparing the broth, they are all cooked at different times.
Ingredients
- Meat offal - 400 g
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the offal with water or broth and boil until tender, about 40 minutes on average.
Add the sliced potatoes. If you want cereal, add it immediately.
Grate carrots and cucumbers on a grater, finely chop the onion.
Fry the onion and carrot until soft in butter. Add cucumbers and spices, mix.
Send the roast and brine to the soup when the potatoes are cooked. Boil for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve with chopped herbs.
