Sausages and other smoked meats are an excellent base for pea soup. With them, you can safely cook it even on water – it will still be delicious, satisfying and fragrant. I tell you what else you will need for the perfect homemade dish.
Ingredients
- Hunting sausages - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 200 g
- Peas - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 piece
- String beans - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Rinse it and put it to cook for about an hour until soft.
Finely chop the sausages, smoked meats and all the vegetables.
Put everything in the soup and boil for another 20 minutes.
Add spices and crushed garlic, and after 5 minutes remove the soup from the stove.
